Shipping Policy
All orders placed on FirstLineHQ are fulfilled and shipped directly from Rothco’s warehouse. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on order weight.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the size and destination of your order. You will receive your carrier and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–10 business days of shipment, depending on your location relative to Rothco’s fulfillment center. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays during peak seasons may extend delivery times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories. This may change in the future, check back or contact us if you have questions about a specific destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, contact us at orders@firstlinehq.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at orders@firstlinehq.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with Rothco’s fulfillment team to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Do not discard damaged packaging, photos may be required to process a claim.
