Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped via standard carriers. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $75 ship free to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are fulfilled directly from Rothco’s warehouse. FirstLineHQ is an authorized Rothco dealer. Your gear ships genuine and direct.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us at orders@firstlinehq.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping may be available in the future.

Are these genuine Rothco products?
Yes, 100%. FirstLineHQ is an authorized Rothco dealer. Every product in our catalog is genuine Rothco merchandise sourced directly; not surplus, not gray market, not counterfeit.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes sizing information where available. Rothco sizing generally follows standard US measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for tactical and workwear items that you’ll be layering under or carrying gear with.
Do you carry the full Rothco catalog?
We carry a very large portion of the Rothco catalog spanning clothing, bags and packs, survival gear, first aid, uniforms, footwear, and accessories. If you’re looking for a specific Rothco product and don’t see it, contact us at info@firstlinehq.com.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
Stock levels update regularly based on Rothco’s inventory. If an item is showing out of stock, check back, it may be restocked. You can also contact us to ask about a specific item’s availability.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@firstlinehq.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
