Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work at FirstLineHQ.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns requested after this window has closed.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, field-used, or altered in any way. This is a firm requirement, gear that has been used cannot be returned for resale.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way
- Items missing original tags or packaging
How to Start a Return
Email returns@firstlinehq.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization, unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item was sent, contact us at returns@firstlinehq.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund including original shipping, your choice.
